Led by the EU Committee for Promotion of Tourism Investment and Development (EUCPTID) and delivered in cooperation with partners across the United Nations system and other international institutions (e.g., UNIDO, UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, IOM, WHO, ILO, FAO, UNICEF, and EU-affiliated platforms), this flagship program identifies high-potential young professionals and equips them to match roles across EU-system and UN-system organizations.

Public Policy & SDGs — Environment & climate governance, public health, human rights & social development, SDG topics.
Legal & Institutional Framework — International law, organizational rules, human rights & humanitarian law, environmental & sustainability law.
Professional Skills for IOs — Project management, data analysis & policy simulation, negotiation, public speaking, writing for IOs, conference organization.
Leadership & Soft Skills — Cross-level leadership, resilience & stress management, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement.
Practice & Career Support — Interview training, vacancy decoding, CV workshops, mentoring, simulation labs, conference participation.

Mentors & Advisors (Selected)
A multinational panel of senior leaders from OECD-linked bodies, EU business councils, chambers, former prime ministers and ministers, development banks, and leading universities/accelerators guide participants through targeted mentorship and career strategy.
Who Should Apply

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Language: CET-4+/IELTS 5.0+ (or equivalent); a second language (FR/ES/IT/DE) is an advantage.

Core strengths: Communication, coordination, teamwork, planning & execution; resilience in fast-paced environments; solid ethics and well-being.

Preferred backgrounds: Prior internships in international organizations; cross-cultural projects; experience in education/training at multinationals; majors in law, public health/medicine, environmental science & sustainability, IT/data science, economics, international relations/politics, languages & translation.
