Meta City Europe Talent Group is a Europe-focused training and talent solutions provider specializing in cross-border upskilling, placement, and compliant onboarding. What We Do

EU Vocational Qualification (3–6 months) + Language Training
Track-specific skills plus workplace language to European standards. -

Role family & competency-based matching with ≥3 employer interviews upon readiness. -
Residence/Work Permit & Employer Contract Facilitation
Document checklist & review, process guidance, appointments, interview prep, contract coordination and onboarding checklist (official/third-party fees excluded). -
Talent Secondment / Managed Services
On-site teams and flexible workforce solutions for multilingual CX, SSCs, IT Ops, hospitality operations, and nursing support. -
Compliance & Quality
Tax/social security, labor compliance, GDPR basics, EHS and industry SOP, under a KPI-driven service framework. -
