With official support from EUCPTID, and strategic cooperation with the Government of Hungary, international organizations and UN-system partners, we deliver an end-to-end “Vocational Qualification + Language + Placement + Compliance” solution for European talent development and secondment—focused on Hospitality, IT, and Nursing.

 

Who We Are

Meta City Europe Talent Group is a Europe-focused training and talent solutions provider specializing in cross-border upskilling, placement, and compliant onboarding. Leveraging EUCPTID’s strategic backing, we collaborate with Hungarian and Central European governmental stakeholders, international organizations/UN-system partners, and leading enterprises to supply sustainable talent for Europe’s industry transformation and institutional excellence.

Note: Cooperation with UN-system partners refers to collaborative training, mentoring, and placement-support activities; formats may vary by cohort and host institution.

 

What We Do

  • EU Vocational Qualification (3–6 months) + Language Training
    Track-specific skills plus workplace language to European standards.

  • Job Placement (Hungary, Germany, Italy, etc.)
    Role family & competency-based matching with ≥3 employer interviews upon readiness.

  • Residence/Work Permit & Employer Contract Facilitation
    Document checklist & review, process guidance, appointments, interview prep, contract coordination and onboarding checklist (official/third-party fees excluded).

  • Talent Secondment / Managed Services
    On-site teams and flexible workforce solutions for multilingual CX, SSCs, IT Ops, hospitality operations, and nursing support.

  • Compliance & Quality
    Tax/social security, labor compliance, GDPR basics, EHS and industry SOP, under a KPI-driven service framework.

  • Long-Term Development
    Mentoring, role progression, and cross-country mobility supported by an active alumni network.

Upon completion, candidates progress to employment with compensation not less than EUR 2,500/month (gross; subject to country and employer policy).
